STAR LETTER – In the spotlight 

My older sister was getting married and I was going to be one of the bridesmaids. I was really looking forward to her big day and, in a way, my big day. For the first time ever I was going to have professional pictures taken of me and I was really excited. Then, about a few days before the wedding, I got the most humongous spot. I just cried. I didn’t want to go to the wedding. I didn’t even want to leave the house. My sister was really nice and didn’t lose it on me.  Spot the difference 

I know girls go in for full-on cleansing with washes and cleansers. But who else can be bothered? Not me! Then again, since I am bothered about girls, I thought I should make an effort to get rid of my blackheads. I bought some Clearasil Blackhead Control Clearing Pads (okay, my Mum bought them for me!) and they’re great. All I have to do is grab one out of the pot and wipe it all over my face morning and night. Even I can handle that! Plus they really work. It’s been two weeks now and my blackheads are history. I’m lovin’ it!

 Hits the spot 

I’m really tight so I resent spending money on stuff to sort out my spots (well on anything, really, but spot treatments are worst because you don’t know if they’re going to work or not). That’s why there are not many spot products I’ve bought more than once. Clearasil Ultra Rapid Action Treatment Cream has kind of blown me away, though. It’s not the cheapest I’ve bought but it’s worth every penny. I just can’t believe how fast it sorted my spots out. And you only need a small amount, so even though the tube is only 30ml it lasts a long time. Wow! I think (deep breath!) I’ll even buy it again.
